1. Information we collect

We keep the data needed to run an order and nothing else:

• Purchase email: used for order notifications and delivery updates.
• Google account email: the account that receives the top-up.
• Order number and transaction state: used for lookup, refunds and duplicate protection.
• Messages you send to support: used to resolve your request.

2. How information is used

We use order data to create orders, deliver top-ups, send status emails, handle refunds and meet payment-provider requirements. We never ask for your Google password, verification codes or recovery codes, and we do not collect personal data beyond what the transaction needs.

3. Payment information

Payments are processed on Stripe's hosted checkout. This site never sees or stores your full card number, CVC or payment account password.

We only keep the transaction state and identifiers needed to verify an order; Stripe's own privacy policy governs the payment data it processes.

4. Cookies and local storage

The site may use essential cookies or browser storage to keep the checkout, lookup and payment-return flows working.

Cookies are not used for cross-site advertising. You can manage cookies in your browser, but disabling essential cookies may break ordering.

5. Third-party services

Stripe, email providers and hosting providers receive only the information required to deliver the service. We share data only with parties necessary to complete the transaction and require them to use it for that purpose.

6. Retention and security

Order records and delivery evidence are kept as long as needed for transaction records, refunds and compliance, then deleted or anonymised.

We use encryption at rest, access control and least privilege, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed absolutely secure.

7. Your rights

• Ask what data we hold for your order and correct the email you submitted.
• Request deletion where the law allows; transaction records may still need to be retained.
• Contact support for any privacy question.
